1. Acceptance of Terms

By using allyweinstock.com, booking a coaching session, or purchasing a product or service from Ally Weinstock Careers, you agree to these Terms and Refund Policy.

2. Coaching Services

Ally Weinstock Careers provides personalized career coaching for college students, recent graduates, and other early-career professionals. Coaching may include resume and LinkedIn guidance, networking strategy, interview preparation, internship and job search strategy, and other career-related support.

The specific focus of each session will vary based on the individual client's goals and needs.

3. Coaching Session Payments and Refunds

Payment for coaching sessions is due according to the payment instructions provided at the time of booking.

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

If a prepaid session is canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy below, the payment may be applied toward a future rescheduled session.

If Ally Weinstock Careers needs to cancel a session and a mutually agreeable rescheduled time cannot be found, any payment made for that session will be refunded.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided before the scheduled session time.

I understand that unexpected situations happen. Each client is therefore permitted one late cancellation or rescheduling exception per calendar year for a change made with less than 24 hours' notice.

After this one-time exception has been used, any session canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.

Missed sessions and no-shows are also charged at the full session rate.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of Ally Weinstock Careers.

5. Digital Products

From time to time, Ally Weinstock Careers may offer digital products, guides, toolkits, templates, or other downloadable resources.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the materials has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased digital product, contact ally@allyweinstock.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Ally Weinstock Careers, including but not limited to templates, guides, scripts, worksheets, coaching materials, and written resources, are the intellectual property of Ally Weinstock Careers unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for personal, individual use only. They may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, published, or shared with others without prior written permission.

7. Career Coaching Disclaimer

Career coaching and related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Ally Weinstock Careers does not guarantee employment, internship placement, interviews, offers, admissions outcomes, salary levels, promotions, or any other specific career outcome.

Results depend on many factors outside the control of Ally Weinstock Careers, including the client's experience, effort, qualifications, market conditions, employer decisions, and hiring processes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

Ally Weinstock Careers may update these terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page along with a revised effective date.
