I’m a Senior Product Lead at a Fortune 500 company, where I’ve built my career in the automotive industry. But before any of that, I was figuring out recruiting, networking, and the job search myself, and learning pretty quickly that who you know and how you present yourself can matter just as much as what’s on your resume.

For the past four years, I’ve worked one on one with college students and recent graduates at different stages of their career search. For some, that means starting early, building a network, preparing for internship recruiting, and figuring out how to make the most of their time in college. For others, it means navigating the full-time job search, strengthening their resume and LinkedIn, preparing for interviews, or figuring out what to do when the applications aren’t working.

Students I’ve worked with have gone on to opportunities at companies including Apple and Citi, across industries ranging from finance and consulting to technology and strategy.

My goal is to make the process feel a lot less overwhelming and a lot more strategic. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That’s what we can work through together.
